Pursuant to Public Act 51, Section 18j, MCL 247.668j, the Van Buren County Road Commission makes available its Annual Certification of Employee-related Conditions.

Pursuant to Public Act 202 of 2017, which establishes reporting requirements that are applicable to all local Michigan governments that offer or provide defined benefit pension and/or defined benefit other postemployment benefits (OPEB) plans, the Van Buren County Road Commission provides the pension report.
